Jack
A. DeSantis, Jr. is a partner in the Certified Public Accounting firm of
DeSantis, Kiefer, Shall & Sarcone, LLP, which is one of the largest and
oldest accounting firms on Staten Island
. He is a manager in the firm's
Medical Practice Management Group and is a member of the National Certified
Public Accountants Healthcare Network.
Jack specializes in the audits of Pension and Welfare Benefit Plans subject
to ERISA. He is Partner-in-Charge of
the firm's Business Valuation Service and also oversees the Estate, Gift and
Fiduciary Tax services. Additionally,
he holds insurance licenses in New York and New
Jersey and
is associated with 1st Global, Inc.
where he is a registered representative holding Series 7 and 66 licenses.

, Mr. DeSantis went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
from St.
John's University
, Staten Island Campus, in 1985. He
holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association
for Accounting Marketing and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit
Plans.
A
contributing editor of the Citibank Small Business Advisory Newsletter, Jack
is an active member of the community.
He is a charter member and founding officer of the Kiwanis Club of
North Central Staten Island and has served as both President and Treasurer of
said organization. Additionally, Mr.
DeSantis has held the position of Special Advisor to the Lt. Governor of the
New York District Metropolitan Division of Kiwanis. Jack is a member of the Advisory Board of
the St. Elizabeth Ann's Health Care and Rehabilitation Center
and serves as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. Jack is
actively involved in fund raising activities for the Staten Island Historical
Society.
