Gregg E. Kiefer has been a partner in the
Certified Public Accounting firm of DeSantis, Kiefer, Shall & Sarcone,
LLP since 1980. Mr. Kiefer has extensive
experience in the industry, nonprofit and single audit areas and,
consequently, serves on the firm's Audit and Quality Review Team, which
overlooks all certified audits performed.
Mr. Kiefer is Partner-in-Charge of the Tax Department and oversees
computer operations in both the tax and general accounting areas. His other areas of expertise are in
business consulting and advising individuals in all fiscal matters including
financial and estate planning.
Additionally, he holds insurance licenses in New York , New Jersey
and Connecticut ,
and is associated with 1st Global, Inc. where he is a registered
representative holding Series 7 and 66 licenses.

graduate of Tottenville
High School
, Mr. Kiefer was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from Wagner
College
in 1974. In 1980, he became a
Certified Public Accountant. He is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, along with
being a member of both the New York
and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public
Accountants. Mr. Kiefer has also
served as President and Treasurer of the Staten Island Chapter of the New
York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
As
a member of the Staten Island Kiwanis Club, Gregg has been elected to the
offices of President and Treasurer and is actively involved in the many
programs that Kiwanis provides for the benefit of children. He has also served as Treasurer of the
Metropolitan Division of the New York District of Kiwanis International. Gregg is a former board member of Meals on
Wheels of Staten Island.
